Having recently relearned about rotation matrices for my Ruby Cubes post, this made me laugh.

@ejellard 0x55 (1010101) is effectively the same as the preamble: 0xAA (10101010). You can increase PREAMBLE_LENGTH to get same effect

@ejellard ultimately, PREAMBLE_LENGTH is a matter of tuning to your particular hardware.

@ejellard I connect the the pwr line of the xmitter straight to a digital pin on the arduino/picaxe. works for me.
